Anand Jhaveri, Founder & CEO Anand has a B.E and Masters in Electrical Engineering from the Cornell University. He has spent first 5 years of his 27-year IT career with AMD and Clarity in Silicon Valley. Anand has spent the last 22 years building Rave Technologies into a successful venture. Today Rave employs 350 technocrats and has emerged as a leading player in outsourced product development.

Chandran Natarajan, Chief Operating Officer Chandran holds an ME degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Indian Institute Of Science, Bangalore and has more than 23 years of experience across various industry segments like Process, Healthcare, Automotive, Aerospace and Defence. Chandran has worked for OMC, Tata Elxsi and i2 Technologies and a couple of SMEs where he headed Offshore Operations and Delivery.
