There are three primary models of engagement.
Onsite + Offshore
Involves having one or more engineers working onsite with the client and act as a bridge between the client and the offshore Rave teams.
A dedicated offshore center that functions as the extended client facility is set up, the center stays focused on the designated client’s venture alone. The team and infrastructure at the offshore center are put together keeping in mind the specific client requirements.
As the whole team is based offshore, the client and Rave Technologies designate one senior member each as the main point of contact. These designated contacts serve Project Managers and co-ordinate day to day functioning of the assignment.
Hybrid of Onsite + Offshore
This is an variation of the Complete offshore model where members of offshore team visit the client's offices as and when required by project exigencies.
