Kedar Barve is part of the executive management team as the Managing Director and Chairman of the operation management team. Having worked with Rave Technologies for over 13 years, Kedar has been solely responsible for managing deliveries, Finance, Admin, ITS, Resource Management Group (RMG), and Marketing & Communication at Rave Technologies.
Overall, Kedar has 20+ years of experience and has worked with various leading companies in India like Bluestar InfoTech Ltd, Orient InfoTech Ltd. and Wyeth Ltd. He has handled various functions like accounting and finance, corporate taxation, internal audit etc.
Strategic Development Director
Manisha Datar is part of the Executive Management team as a Director responsible for delivery, quality and strategic growth. She has been working with us since last 11 years and has managed multiple areas including project management office (PMO), quality, extended services centre and offshore transition.
Manisha’s IT experience spans 25 years. Prior to Rave Technologies, Manisha has worked with Polaris and Citi Corp. in various senior management roles in the project delivery capacity.
Yadu Tekale is part of the executive management team with responsibility as a Sales Director to focus on growth and expansion. This is Yadu’s second term with Rave Technologies and he has been instrumental in winning major publishing and non-publishing customers since he joined in 2013.
Yadu is an engineering graduate with extensive experience in the information technology industry. Prior to Rave Technologies, he was working as Business Development Director for Mastek’s UK office.
Chanchal Chandiok is part of the executive management team as an HR Director. In the past 8 years at Rave Technologies, she has implemented various retention and employee engagement strategic approaches to increase retention and has succeeded in reducing attrition by over 10% in the last 2 years. She has managed the growth of employees from 300 to 750 plus employees within a span of 2 years.
Chanchal is an innovative professional with over 18 years of overall experience in operational and strategic HR processes. She has proven excellence in core HR functions, talent management, employee relations, performance management, grievance handling and recruitment.
