Bringing about a cohesive environment involves participation. We encourage partaking in selected inter-corporate events throughout the year. These range from Pinkathon, Puma Urban Stampede, Tata Marathon, Cyclothon, Cricket to Football and many more events. These engagements help to build teamwork and results in a united work environment.
The all-time phrase “All Work and No Play” is non-existent in our organisation. An engaged workforce will help the organisation reach its goals. We organise a range of Employee Engagement Activities throughout the year. A group of our people from diverse teams are responsible for organising these events. Involvement from various team members at these events brings great interaction and bonding amongst them.
We celebrate our diverse culture and the festivities, ensuring our people do not miss out on any of the main festivals. We take it upon ourselves to celebrate these festivals with enthusiasm. Be it Diwali, Holi, Navratri or Christmas, we celebrate all with fun and joy. We arrange for various team activities like bay decoration, competition, games etc. to keep the tempo high. These events not only help us encourage team building and bonding but helps in the overall development of our people.
Rewards and Recognition
We believe in nurturing, appreciating and rewarding performance of our people periodically. We celebrate this occasion of appreciation during our quarterly Town Halls. Our CEO along with other members of the Management Team take an active participation in awarding the winners. We leave no stones unturned to acknowledge our best performers for their efforts. These awards are given for a variety of categories and are spread across all our departments.
